Tennis Northern is looking to recruit a customer focussed person with good computer skills for reception duties at the Albany Tennis Park. Hours are Monday to Friday 1.00pm to 6.00pm and remuneration will reflect the experience and skills of the successful applicant.
As well as answering the phone and taking in-person queries, the booking of people into our various programs are part of the responsibilities of this position. You will be required to liaise with other members of staff in ensuring bookings are taken accurately and with the accompanying payments.
We also require someone who understands social media and knows the difference between an Instagram and a telegram, can post on Twitter and Facebook and understands social networking to help advertise and market our facilities, programs and coaches. You do not need a marketing degree, just be willing and able to do it.
You will also serve as the Health & Safety Officer. This includes building compliance, updating and filing policy documents, providing monthly updates, preparing H & S communications for clubs and other interested parties.

As we are a CVC facility you will need to be double vaccinated to work here.
