We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our Moat Road Dental Clinic based in East Grinstead.

The main duties will include:

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
• Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
• Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines

Days/Hours: 

Monday - 08:30 - 19:00, Tuesday - Friday 08:15 - 17:15 you will also be required to work 2 Saturdays per month from 07:45 - 14:30 on a rotational basis

About You

Our ideal candidate will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
