Stuff is looking for a part-time Receptionist who is keen to take the next step in their career. This role is based in our Auckland office, working 30 hours per week.

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff in the office, so we are looking for someone friendly, efficient and has great customer service skills to provide an excellent service to all.

Day to day you\'ll find yourself involved in a range of tasks including:

  • Ensuring visitors follow safety protocols
  • Dealing with any building facility issues, ordering stationery/kitchen supplies etc.
  • Monitoring multiple email inboxes
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Booking travel for staff
  • Manage fleet cars
  • Answering & directing phone calls in a friendly and timely manner

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. To succeed you will need to:

  • Be a team player with a positive and can do attitude
  • Have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • You will be articulate, confident, well-presented and enjoy ensuring that all who enters our offices are well looked after
  • Proven admin experience
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours when required
