Job Duties:
Performing general clerical duties including copying, updating in-office calendar and maintaining office supplies
Responsible for responding to phone inquiries
Monitoring phone lines and email, responding to voicemails in a timely manner
Coordinating and scheduling appointments for a variety of occasions including weddings, baptisms and confessions etc.
