We’re searching for an excellent receptionist / administrator for a full time permanent role based in the Wellington CBD.
This is a busy and varied role working within an environment that has plenty of people to meet and greet!
about the role
This full time role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and involves meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, booking travel, maintaining social areas, managing mail and couriers, arranging catering, raising purchase orders and providing ad hoc assistance / support to EA’s when required.
