About the role
We're looking for a Receptionist Superstar to work from our Somervale Village Care Home. Based in the Beautiful Bay of Plenty Region and reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception support which enables effective service delivery for our Care Home Residents and Staff. This role is for minimum 21 hrs per week , Monday to Sunday , permanent part time, which provides opportunity for growth as we grow!

Some of the great things you will be doing;

• Providing Customer Service to our residents and visitors
• Assisting the Care Home Manager in administration and liaison services for residents
• Encouraging open communication between management and residents
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Have a "can do" attitude and amazing interpersonal savvy

About you
You will be well presented with a bright bubbly personality, well-mannered and approachable. You will be a team player, resilient and customer focused. And have a passion for supporting our Residents and Staff.

• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Attention to detail
• Can do attitude
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Previous Customer service experience
