An opportunity has arisen for a motivated part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant. We are a European motor vehicle repairer specialising in the repair of high-end motor vehicles. Come join a fun hard-working team based in Mt Wellington.Your responsibilities will be:
- General Office Administration
- Greeting customers
- Answering the phone
- Manage client bookings
- Keeping the office maintained and tidy
- Enter Parts invoices into AutoQuote
- Assist Office Manager with other duties as required You will have the following:
- Team player
- A passion for customer service
- Well-presented and reliable
- Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner
- Time management skills with a can do attitude
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Efficient and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Embrace positive change
- Some knowledge of the industry advantageous, however not essential This position is for 15-20 hours per week initially but may increase over time. Working days and hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8am -12:30pm. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
