Job Description

Your role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Phone orders
  • Preparation of quotations, letters, memos etc
  • Customer database management
  • Set up job files
  • Customer queries
  • Filing
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy - ordering coffee, tea and consumables
  • Printing business cards, letterhead
  • Petty cash
  • Data entry
  • Other admin duties to ensure the office runs smoothly

You will have:

  • A warm and friendly phone manner
  • A great attitude and be reliable
  • Proven experience in a reception based role
  • Plenty of common sense and initiative
  • Strong administrative and numeracy skills
  • To be methodical and practical
  • Strong attention to detail
  • To be calm and unflappable
