ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Receptionist here at Ignite is responsible for a variety of tasks, some of these are:

• Welcoming all people onsite in your naturally warm manner and helping with their request
• Keeping our facilities working so our site all functioning successfully
• Booking of student appointments
• Day to day invoicing and banking activities
• Involved with health and safety registers and records
• Keeping our stationery stocks to required levels

ABOUT YOU

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Accurate data entry skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Confidentiality is a must
• You'll be a reliable member of our team
• You will naturally love people and the sense of helping others out
