Due to internal changes, we are looking for a full-time receptionist for a 10-month fixed term contract at our Queenstown Campus.
Your highly organised approach and excellent attention to detail will be key to your success in this role. You will be the ultimate multitasker, have a friendly, upbeat personality and a solution focused mindset. You will become our ‘go-to’ office person, who takes care of the ‘glue’ that makes us stick together.
Reporting to the Senior Administrator, this key support role is an opportunity for a confident and capable person looking to join a busy team. This role is responsible for providing a high level of support to students and tutors and the business as a whole. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, general administration duties, data entry and helping the office run smoothly and efficiently. In this busy role you will also liaise with the various teams across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
• Performing various general office duties - ordering stationery, office supplies
• Providing administrative support to the students, tutors and management;
• Scheduling meetings and appointments;
• Fielding phone calls and email enquiries;
• Receiving and directing visitors;
• Carry out data entry, purchase orders and word processing tasks;
• Assisting with event management of internal and external events.
What you will bring:
• Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience (desirable);
• Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment;
• Tech savvy and intermediate to advance level knowledge of MS Office suite;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Ability to work independently and proactively;
• Excellent customer service
