About the opportunity
You will become a trusted member of the reception team as part of the wider community nursing administration team and involved in a variety of administrative tasks which may vary on a daily basis. The primary function of this role is to provide front of house reception duties and demands a switched on, highly motivated and organised person with a strong ability to prioritise competing demands in an efficient manner while continually learning in a changing environment.
Located at Wakari Hospital Toroa Centre, this busy and varied role will be challenging with competing deadlines and conflicting priorities. You will be a positive communicator - both written and oral and be competent in MS Office Suite with particular focus on Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience using database systems and/or the capability to quickly learn is essential, as you will be working with these on a daily basis.

You will have a clear and transparent communication style, be a highly motivated, enthusiastic administrator who is willing to take on this busy role. This role will provide the opportunity for you to demonstrate exceptional administration skills and the ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a wider administration team. You will need to be adept at using your initiative, be IT savvy, well organised to ensure tasks and deadlines are met. As the first person to meet and greet our customers, your warm and friendly personality will be a real asset.
