The Position
General
• To provide administration support to the General Manager and other Managers as required
• Answer incoming calls and distribute inbound and outbound mail/courier items (not many visitors arrive at Reception)
• Keep boardroom tidy and order office supplies
• Order and receipt packaging and raw materials as required, label creation, correct use of company logo etc
• Keep various company registers up to date eg: PPE, company vehicles, computers etc

HR Admin
• Assist HR Manager with storing employee records and other HR admin tasks
• Schedule staff training and health checks as required
• Assist with Temp inductions as required

Finance admin
• Process all creditor invoices ensuring accurate reconciliation to statements
• Process foreign currency payments for resins, equipment etc
• Update customer/supplier records for accurate payments/credits
• Code Visa statements and import into the GL

You
• Will have great allround administration skills including some accounts payable, an interest in the PA support side and HR admin
• Be personable with a bright and welcoming personality – able to engage with all staff from manufacturing to management
• An excellent work ethic and ability to prioritise well so the right tasks are done at the right time
• MS proficient, ie Word & Excel
