Our Head Office is excited to be moving into a vibrant new building in the Invercargill CBD redevelopment in the very near future.
Now is your opportunity to join this great organisation. We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our Head Office.
In this vital role, you will provide a professional first point of contact for the HW Richardson Group as well as carry out administration support.
Your bright, bubbly personality and friendly manner will ensure our callers and visitors feel welcome and attended to. With your ability to juggle tasks and effectively manage your time, you will ensure the smooth running of a broad range of administration tasks including company road users, maintaining company material and databases, coordinating travel, meetings and events along with assisting our Executive team.
Keeping cool under pressure is second nature as is the ability to think on your feet and problem solve any issues you may encounter. Your collaborative nature means you love working as part of a team and you're always willing to pitch in and help to get the job done but are just as comfortable working on your own.
You communicate effectively with people of all levels, have a positive attitude and a great sense of humour. You'll also bring excellent Microsoft office skills, particularly in Excel and data entry skills.
