Responsibilities:

  • Management of frontline reception, office management, and general administrative support
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external clients
  • Provide a world-class corporate experience

It would be great if you have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Accurate clerical and numeric skills
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative

Previous experience is required:

  • 2+ years in Corporate Reception or
  • 2+ years in Office Administration
