Responsibilities:
- Management of frontline reception, office management, and general administrative support
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Liaise professionally with internal and external clients
- Provide a world-class corporate experience
It would be great if you have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Accurate clerical and numeric skills
- Ability to work independently and with initiative
Previous experience is required:
- 2+ years in Corporate Reception or
- 2+ years in Office Administration
