Job Description

We are Ray White Mt Eden - a fast growing, high performance Real Estate Agency. We take pride in the office culture we have created and are looking to expand our staffing in order to achieve our ambitious 2022 goals.

We are on the hunt for our Front of House ‘superstar’, who can roll with the punches and move with pace, all while making sure our salespeople, business owner and office manager have the support they need to complete their jobs to a high standard.

You will be our front of house leader - so we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, relatable, adaptable, engaging and can align themselves with our company and office values. You will have an interest in the property industry and be able to work under pressure to deadlines.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting guests, answering calls, responding to emails and other general front of house duties
  • Property and office marketing (print, digital, e-marketing)
  • Support in managing the office social media
  • Manage key suppliers, contracts and external relationships (eg. Phones, Internet, Printers, Printing, Advertising, Sponsorships, RW Initiatives)
  • Working alongside the office VA's and supplying them with information (where required) and reviewing their work
  • Supporting the salespeople around new technology and Ray White systems
  • Basic design work (experience with InDesign & Photoshop advantage but not required)
  • Event organisation and/or support
  • Support every salesperson with their property marketing campaigns from start to finish

The successful candidate will be strong in these areas:

  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry is preferred but not essential (please mention in your application relevant experience)
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • A friendly, professional and approachable person
  • Flexible and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work with a varied and fast-paced sales team
  • Problem solving and the ability to multi task
  • Eager to learn and take on more responsibility
