Job Description

Come and work for a successful New Zealand owned and operated company specialising in the manufacture and printing of labels and packaging.  Established in 1990, they have a reputation for high quality products and delivering top notch customer service.  They are looking for a switched on person to join their team who will support the administration activity of the business by keeping the office functioning smoothly and be a welcoming and warm first point of contact for customers. This is a full time role, although they will consider part time for the right person. 

 

The role includes: 

  • Answering incoming calls on reception
  • Customer service and sales support
  • Entering job bags in Excel and liaising with the production team
  • Organising couriers
  • Invoicing using Xero, end of month statements, receipt of payments,
  • Email communications
  • Daily administration

You will need:

  • Experience in a Reception and/or Customer Service role
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Professional and friendly presentation
  • Initiative, reliability and a real drive to provide great customer service and go the extra mile
