Job Description

Ayurda Wellness and Spa is a boutique urban wellness spa based on the ancient tradition of Ayurveda. We help our customers with their wellness journey by offering a range of personalized treatments, Lifestyle consultations, and supplements.  Our goal is to deliver our clients a luxurious, healing, and unique therapeutic experience which will stay with them long after they have left us. 
We are looking for a customer service star to join our small team immediately
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Warmly greet clients, offer an exceptional guest experience
  • Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  • Inform clients about new services and discounts, suggest products, and achieve retail targets
  • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
  • Answer phones and email enquires quickly and efficiently
  • Promoting Spa packages and promotions, and all such marketing initiatives
  • Perform admin tasks and report to directors on a daily basis
  • Ensuring high standards of Spa presentation and compliance
  • Answering phone and email inquiries in a speedy and professional manner
  • Identify areas of improvement through monitoring comments and guest feedback

You’re an organizational superstar who thrives on new challenges, new interactions, and new opportunities! You are flexible and efficient, with outstanding attention to detail and a strong drive to lead and succeed. You are dynamic, hardworking, and will be able to hit the ground running and take charge of operations with minimal support.

  1. Accredited university degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major 1-2  years of proven management experience in the Spa industry, hotel, marketing, or related professional sector
  2. Outstanding phone manner, fantastic customer-facing skills, and high level of personal presentation
  3.  Strong communication skills.  You need to have a valid visa to work legally in New Zealand.
