The successful applicant will have the following SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A current REA Licence (Harcourts can assist with this if you haven't)
• The ability to build and sustain relationships both internally and externally
• Outstanding communication skills
• The desire to build a long-lasting career in real estate industry
• Passion to provide customers with reliable, trustworthy and personable service.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• High levels of self-motivation and self-drive with attention to detail
• Ability to close effectively and a track record in sales
• A current NZ driver's license and a well-groomed reliable car
