You will be joining one of the UKs most trusted names within the fit-out and refurbishment services for Leisure, Retail and Commercial premises. Established for over 50 years with turnover in excess of £70million this places this company within the top 15 fit-out specialists.

Your new role will focus on one of our clients\' largest accounts, the refurbishment of bars, pubs and restaurants. Often as sole Quantity Surveyor on these contracts, your expertise will be pivotal to the overall profitability and success of any one project under your control, allowing you to draw the skills and experience gained over your career to deliver projects within the projected budget.

To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have previous experience within the refurbishment sector, boasting a skillset that can be used in a fast paced, highly efficient and dynamic working environment. You will pride yourself in client satisfaction and genuine commitment to provide all services to the best of your abilities, whilst always ensuring cost control and budget management.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:
* Material estimates
* Maintain budget and cost allocation for each site under your remit
* Site presence and valuation reporting
* Liaising with site management and clients
* Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets

You will receive a base salary of up to £50,000.00 plus package, which includes company car or allowance, as well as continuous training and development opportunities.
