One of Auckland’s most successful residential construction companies is looking for a new Quantity Surveyor. This company is involved in building million dollar housing projects across Auckland. This company prides themselves on delivering the highest quality house builds for their clients.

You must have a minimum of 5 years New Zealand experience in residential construction projects, preferably High End/Architectural builds.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a QS in NZ for a Residential Main Contractor.
• Experience in the full range of QS works - tendering projects through to final invoice & back costing.
• Experience in working closely with Architects, Engineers & Clients.
• A strong understanding of NZS 3604
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Excel is essential
• Experience in high end/architectural new home builds is advantageous
• Ability to lead people
