On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Quality Assurance Test Analyst - ETL/Data Warehouse.

Quality Assurance Test Analyst - ETL/Data Warehouse – Job Description

• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures

• Perform test execution and present roadmap as needed

• Test system modifications for areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability

• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers

• Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen and database validations

• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes

• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates

• Develop, maintain and communicate (stakeholder presentation) delivery status, KPI and metric scorecards, quality checks and knowledge management solutions

• Ability to produce dashboards and reports

Quality Assurance Test Analyst - ETL/Data Warehouse – Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ETL/Data warehouse testing

• Excellent SQL skills, is able to write complex SQL scripts according to business rules

• Hadoop test experience

• Spark experience or Scala, Java, Python skills

• Good Knowledge of JIRA, confluence is required

• Experience in analyzing the testing scope and developing work estimates.

• White Box testing following QA principles, practices and methodologies

• Advanced experience in Excel (Pivot Table & Macros)

• Strong analytical skills with good financial background knowledge.

• Good team player

• Ability to analyze/interpret test results and provide recommendations to improve testing

• Strong communication skills - must be able to explain things clearly to project team members

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field required

Quality Assurance Test Analyst - ETL/Data Warehouse - Nice to Have Skills

• Good understanding of UAT standards and methodologies

• Experience in creating Test Strategies/Test Plans
