The Role: You are responsible for the management of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement and will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish, implement, review and promote quality, safety and continuous improvement systems. You are also responsible for managing and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance with relevant industry Stakeholders. • Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) – You will deliver information and analytics report (update Continuous Improvement Registers) to support continuous improvement of service quality in Disability, Aged Care, Home Care and TAC sectors and recommend the process improvements that enhance the customer experience and increase productivity. • Incident Reporting Management – You will respond to the companies wide incident reporting system, review the incidents, to find solutions to solve the risks and likelihood of occurrence. This includes improving and implementing the changes to prevent occurrence of such incidents. • Quality Assurance Program Management – You will maintain the quality assurance program and the quality framework to engage with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement through a Quality, Productivity and Performance which facilitates personal and professional development of direct reports and teams and manage and develop the performance framework. Such activities includes creation a service evaluation form and procedures for services including cleaning, gardening, meals preparation for clients. Support Workers Experience & Complaints – You will oversee the Voice of Support Workers across all branches, providing insights and recommendations on supporter experience strategy followed HR recommendations. • Aircraft Fleet Management Control – You will provide quick response and expert solutions for managing the airworthiness compliance of our fleet and oversight of maintenance schedule(s). • To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system – You will update our CIM by incorporating with the industrial standards and rules, at the same time to ensure the CIM is practicable and operates effectively. • To lead and facilitate process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions – To develop and transfer the knowledge through training and education programs to our employees to ensure the implementation of the CIM. To work with other team members and departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements. • To take ownership of change initiatives from company’s evolution/efficiency identification through to service delivery via internal governance and controls - to actively monitor company project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance. • To ensure the business impact resulting from project objectives are identified, reported on and managed at all times • To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects • Write and update monthly CNHC Support Worker Story Bulletin – Compile stories and feedbacks through Interview from support workers, writing bulletin to promote company culture “Bringing Care Home†and teamwork spirit within the organisation • Research and support Asian client market development to increase market shares – study the local market, develop market expansion strategies, to increase sales in Taiwanese market, etc. ? Support and assist Philippine Cebu Recruitment Program – Liaison with Philippine local contact and HR to ensure the recruitment process meet the goal(s) ? To develop Taiwanese support worker Recruitment Program – Set up an effective process of recruiting Taiwanese support workers and its implementation ? Engage with company website and social media design – Update monthly support worker bulletin and CNHC values and Taiwanese Support Worker Recruitment program • Assist and support Training Program design in Chinese language – Assist to translate all training and education programs in Chinese languages • Fire Safety Control – Inspect and manage CNHC workplace fire safety same as converted residential home • Waste Management – Arrange waste disposal and procedures to meet Aged Care Compliance standards To be successful in this varied and demanding role you will have the following: • Formal qualifications in QA/QC internal and external • AQF Level 7 qualification/degree (bachelor or above) • Minimum of 3 years’ QA experience in Australia • High level of attention to detail with ability to problem solving • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent in Microsoft Office applications, reporting and analysis • Ability to write comprehensive and clear reports • Bilingual or multilingual language speaker, preferred in Mandarin and English Applications with non-relevant experience will not be considered: If you meet the above criteria, please submit your resume and cover letter by email to hr@completenursing.com.au by COB Friday 22nd February 2022.
