What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced, site based QA Administrator to join our team at either our Northwood or Riccarton construction projects. You will build positive relationships with our team members and contractors on site to ensure all work is being delivered to the highest standard.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all Quality Assurance documentation and processes are kept up to date and accurate
  • Administrating and coordinating Quality Assurance systems on site, as well as conducting audits on subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring and assisting staff and subcontractors using our CONQA Quality Assurance system, as well as training teams on the system
  • Updating and amending system checklists and procedures in our Quality Assurance system 
  • Liasing with the site based Project Manager and Foreman to ensure Quality Assurance is being updated regularly and the system is being used correctly 
  • Regular reporting on the status of on-site Quality Assurance progress
