The Quality and Patient Safety Assistant supports the Quality and Patient Safety Team in providing administrative and data support, including the reviewing and analysing of incidents, as well as providing training on our risk and incident systems. The Assistant also works with the Consumer Feedback Administrator in the management of Feedback.
The pace is busy, the work is varied and can on occasion be complex and challenging so you must be organised, proactive and flexible, able to remain calm and professional when under pressure as well as be able to prioritise your workload and deliver within set timeframes and deadlines.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience and enthusiasm for working in an administrative or customer service role and can bring the following;
Prior health sector experience will be well received but is not essential if you are keen to jump in and learn. Training will be given on all our systems and processes.
The advertised role is full time and is based at North Shore Hospital.
