I am currently working on behalf of a lovely centre in Porirua, who are looking for a qualified Early Childhood teacher to join their team.

The centre is a family-focused ECE centre in the heart of Porirua City, where you’re spoilt for space. An exciting place-based education programme allows for strong links with home, whānau, community and environment.

The role is either full time or they can look at someone who can work 4 days a week.

The ideal person would be:

• Must have provisional/full ECE registration
• Passionate about building strong relationships within the community
• Uses their initiative
• Strong team player and has the ability to get along with others easily
• Someone who doesn't see this as "just a job" but whom is invested in the growth and development of both themselves and the children in their care
