What you'll do:

• Create, manage, and deliver independent tailored insight reporting based on the wholly independent monitoring carried out by the Quality Compliance Assurance team
• Support QCA Manager and wider Compliance teams by delivering deep dive analysis with accurate, insightful, actionable, and timely reporting to varied stakeholders up to MD level
• Build new reports to add to our expanding reporting suite, to inform senior stakeholders on the results of subject specific analysis, from both core and ad-hoc assessments
• Work in conjunction with the QCA Manager and Senior Analysts to ensure consistency of weekly and monthly reporting across estates and workstreams
• Support the set-up of new work requests which will inform the Director of Operational Compliance, and varied senior stakeholders of key risk areas

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrable experience in analytics preferably gained in a Compliance environment, where strict levels of controls were in place
• Experience in collating key pieces of data through monitoring of customer interactions, allowing for highly accurate analysis and the production of clear and concise reporting, tailored to stakeholders’ requirements
• Strong evidenced experience in Tableau, and advanced Excel skills are essential to this role; experience in Data Studio would also be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels
• Efficient time management and excellent prioritisation & organisational skills, and a collaborative nature
