Looking for a detail orientated, team player for purchasing materials for manufacturing. Inventory management of raw materials and finished goods is also a key part of this occupation. Processing of job orders. Knowledge of metals (raw materials) an asset. Other administrative duties will be added as proficiency in purchasing is accomplished. Must adhere to specific ISO 2001:2015 compliance. Other duties will involve filing (paper-based & digital), ISO compliance, answering phones, following up with vendors on material / supply deliveries, coordinating pickups & deliveries with our driver / other company. Estimating shipping costs on deliveries outside of HRM. Must be proficient in email (Outlook), web browsers, & Word / Excel. Our specific manufacturing program (JobBoss2) will include training.

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
