The Company

Our client is in the creative tech consulting industry located in Ontario. They are looking for a Public Relations Specialist on a part-time basis for a 2 month initial contract. They will be working remotely within Canada in the EST timezone.

The Role

The Public Relations Specialist will be providing strategic counsel and execute on all aspects of public relations with the support of internal teams. They have a passion for the B2B engineering/technology industry and are excited by new technological advancements!

Responsibilities:

• Able to manage client relations, and help clients gain recognition by promoting their brand and technology
• Strategizing and executing on public relations services/campaigns for multiple clients
• Develop key messaging strategy with clients, determine target markets/competitors, and differentiate based on products/services
• Conduct market research and share industry trends with clients

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Public Relations experience in the technology industry
• Experience working with embedded technologies or similar
• Familiarity with Meltwater, or similar news monitoring platforms
• Experience using SEMrush
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to provide samples of written work - media releases, press releases, articles, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, Q& As
