Are you ready for an exciting new challenge?
We are looking for a General Manager for our onsite pub/restaurant who is a growth leader with strong communication and influencing skills and someone who demonstrates our brand values and enjoys getting stuck in with our team.  You’ll have an ability to perform well in a busy environment, creating smiles during a memorable dining experience. A great eye for detail is needed and the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guest obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do. You’ll be passionate, confident and show that we care for each other.

Purpose of the role
*As a role model, lead from the front and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest service at all times
*Engage and build relationships with our guests helping them get the most from their holiday
*Support the venue leadership and team through coaching to grow with coaching and personal development plans
*To deliver all venue key performance indicators (KPI"s), sales, labour and margin management
*Adhering to all Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures and policies

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following:
Delighting guests: You are passionate about delivering fantastic food and great service, putting the guests first in all you do.
Developing people: You are an inspirational leader with a genuine passion for building a strong team by focusing on quality training and effective communication.
Driving standards: You have an eye for detail and the ability to deliver consistent brand standards. You have the ability to manage short term tactical and longer term action plans. You have consistent excellence in Food, Health and Safety and are able to show five-star EHO ratings within your current role.
Delivering results: You have the ability to drive the business using problem solving skills in line with budgetary control and a proven track record in delivering all KPI’s.
This role has a salary expectation of £33,000 to £38,000.
