A bit about the job:
We are currently recruiting for a Protection Sales Consultant to join the Sales and Distribution team at Aviva. The successful candidate will consistently achieve an agreed level of activity per day via telephone sales. You will also have your own panel of financial advisors, along with bringing in protection of business to the department. This is a great opportunity for you to gain both R01 and R05 exams, along with full training provided by Aviva.
You could be based in our Bristol or Sheffield office, with the option for smart working which means 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent telephony skills, with good communication, influencing and sales skills.
The ability to work to a tight deadline and working to meet targets.
Be passionate about delivering Aviva’s protection message, focusing on developing relationships with the customers.
Be comfortable using ecommerce, teams, and other technology to engage with different types of customers and support sales activity.
What you’ll get for this role:
Starting salary between £21,350 to £39,650 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
