The Marketing Department is looking for an enthusiastic recruitment officer to join the team.

This role is pivotal in fostering and strengthening relationships with secondary schools and providing the marketing and event interface between the schools and the Institute as well as at major Victorian career expos and events.

The role of the Prospective Student officer includes coordinating campus tours, public speaking, co-ordinating Institute out of hours school events, initiating and implementing other on campus promotional events, representing the Institute at career group meetings, managing a database, coordinating large scale mail-outs and producing publications / communications for various external audiences.

The Prospective Student Officer is an important ambassador for the Institute and, although part of the brand team, is largely an autonomous role. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has a mature approach and is a reliable self-starter.

A current Victorian driver’s license and willingness to travel to different events predominantly in South-East Melbourne is essential for the right candidate.

Salary: $61,078 – $66,317 p.a pro rata plus 10% superannuation + annual leave loading

WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.

Position Status: Ongoing appointment with a 6 month qualifying period.
