About this role

This role sits in the Plusnet marketing team and is pivotal in setting the direction for Consumer value market propositions. You will be accountable for the customer narrative, strategy, and proposition development (including planning, roadmap, concept development, business casing and setting clear requirements) for your allocated proposition category, shaping how it needs to change and develop to meet customer needs over the next 3-5 years.  You will work with multiple stakeholders across the business to deliver your propositional vision, ensuring your vision is clearly communicated to deliver business case KPI’s. 

You'll have the following responsibilities

Support & deliver the proposition strategy for Plusnet. 

Own individual propositions, including defining, delivering and managing the working processes to support proposition.

Identifies proposition opportunities and improvements 

Bring new propositions to market (eg FTTP, All IP) and adapt and edit existing customer propositions

Sponsor the collection of insight and use it to develop and refine Plusnet’s customer propositions

Develop business cases to maximise the value of Plusnet’s propositions

You'll have the following skills & experience

Commercial and analytical experience – able to develop business cases, understanding pricing and product strategy

Business expertise – ability to develop proposition with strong story telling capability 

Stakeholder management –influencing at director level

Insight led – knowledge of how to obtain, interpret and apply customer and market insight

Proven marketing and commercial experience

Track records of brand and proposition management
