About the Role :
Reportingto the Manager Infrastructure Operations, this role leads a team to effectivelymanage the day-to-day operations of Council’s property and investment portfolio,delivering an effective facilities maintenance programme, ensuring allproperties, social housing portfolio, commercial and public buildings arecompliant and fit for purpose.

Skills &Experience :
Candidates ofinterest will have a degree in property management, valuation or a relatedqualification, with relevant experience in property services and a strongunderstanding of facility maintenance and compliance.
You will have a naturalcustomer focus with a high level of communication and relationship managementskills, as well as proven experience successfully leading a team.
