Job Description

We have an awesome opportunity for a Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management team in our Christchurch office.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in the Christchurch region, with an emphasis on planning and proactively maximising opportunities for client portfolios.

The value you'll add

  • Effective management of a nominated portfolio of commercial and retail properties
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Regularly inspect the portfolio to ensure high standards and compliance
  • Implement rent reviews and lease supervision and assist with leasing strategies
  • Identify, implement and promote sustainability initiatives and measures
  • Implement long-term maintenance plans and arrange maintenance and repairs
  • Actively manage health and safety
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of commercial assets
  • Prepare and manage budgets and reports

Qualifications

  • 5 years + experience in a similar role
  • Salesperson Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Bachelor in Property Services would be a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
