If you have had more than 3 years full time experience as a property manager we would be interested to talk with you.
We are looking for a highly organised individual, and capable of communicating with people effectively and efficiently.
A Property Managers background in property management is required for this role. You will be managing an existing portfolio that requires an eye for detail and client focus.
Although not essential, having worked with Palace software before would be a an advantage.
You need to be self motivated, have a positive outlook, good communication skills and be able to be part of a fun team. Our office is based in Mt Albert. You will be working both from home and at our office.
The role includes:
Communicating with owners/ tenants/ contractors
Leasing residential properties
Handling rental appraisals, renewals and reviews of market rents
Co-ordinating maintenance issues and inspect properties
Processing applications, arranging tenancy documents & negotiating bond issues
The successful applicant will have a company phone and sign-written car provided. So, you will need a NZ drivers license and a clean police record.
Remuneration will be based on experience.
