About the role

Joining an established team of property managers, you will be proactively managing a mixed portfolio of commercial real estate. In addition to the expected duties you will also support overall asset strategy to improve portfolio performance and provide a comprehensive service to your clients.

• Leasing negotiations
• Database/documentation maintenance
• Client and tenant management
• Collborating with the facilities and projects teams

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of commercial property management experience
• Bachelor of Property or similar
• Solid understanding of leases, contracts, property law etc
• Friendly, presentable and motivated
