The Salvation Army is Prime Contractor for the Adult Victims of Modern Slavery Care and Coordination Services Contract. The role of Project Support Officer is based in central Birmingham and located within the Contract Management Team. Delivery of support to victims is through a supply chain of 2nd tier sub-contractors located across England and Wales. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Support Officer will lead on the development, collation, reporting and analysis of Management Information.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with, and gain information from, service users, subcontractors, the SCA and other third parties, to verify data recorded on the Case Management System and other financial records. Accurately identify, analyse, calculate, record and report payment discrepancies in accordance with specific instructions. Data inputting and data analysis and data manipulation.
