Your immediate role will focus on the development of a social housing site in Bristol as the sole Project Quantity Surveyor. You will be pivotal to the successful delivery of any project under your control, allowing you to use previously gained experiences and skills, ensuring completion within budget and timescale.

The successful candidate will have previous experiences in the residential sector, with extensive understanding of all stages. Proficiency in delivering similar projects, you will pride yourself in high quality work and client satisfaction.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

* Procurement alongside Managing Quantity Surveyor

* Maintain budget and cost allocation for each site under your remit

* Site presence and valuation reporting

* Liaising with site management and clients

* Monthly reporting
