You will be an organized Project Manager with experience in successful in delivering multiple residential builds, whilst coordinating and supporting a dedicated team of construction professionals.

Taking care of the end-to-end construction process you will be responsible for programme management, labour and cost control, H&S, procurement planning & scheduling and reporting.

You will be working on Kāinga Ora housing projects in the south of Auckland

They're looking for:

• Proven experience as a residential building project manager or in a similar building industry role in New Zealand
• Excellent knowledge of residential construction NZS3604, the NZ Building Code, and health and safety compliance
• Great attention to detail and level of efficiency
• Ability to think on your feet to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Strong organisational and administrative tendencies, including proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Projects
• Ability to assist with budgets, tendering and project feasibilities
• Nation Certificate in Carpentry is a non-negotiable requirement
