About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing expert project leadership, advice and delivery that aligns to the strategic objectives of Super SA and is accountable for the management of designated projects and resources to deliver successful project results that align to the strategic objectives of Super SA.

In this role, you will:

Manage designated projects and resources to deliver successful project outcomes that align to the strategic objectives of Super SA and support a coordinated organisation wide framework.

Provide expert project management leadership and innovative thinking to coordinate and facilitate the conceptualising, planning, design, build, delivery, implementation and embedding of the project into the business’ operating rhythm.

Ensure that all risks and issues associated with projects are identified and effectively managed.

Ensure that all project development and the benefits realised are effectively tracked and timely reported to all stakeholders throughout the project.

Identify continuous improvement change initiatives, process re-engineering and the reform and transformation of Super SA functions and processes.

What we're looking for

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Proven strong leadership to effectively lead, motivate and manage a project team to foster initiative, promote teamwork, achieve outcomes, evoke creative and innovative thinking and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated experience in building and fostering successful relationships and developing successful networks with a broad range of stakeholders.

Experience in applying expert project management knowledge to effectively lead and undertake complex or change management projects.

Experience managing the strategy, design, implementation and delivery of critical and complex projects to time and cost constraints.

Tertiary qualifications (degree level) in Project Management, commerce, economics, business, or similar and/or relevant industry experience.

Special Conditions

An individual recommended for engagement to a role will be subject to satisfactory criminal history check in accordance with the DTF Pre-Employment Screening Policy and Procedure and every three years thereafter.

Out of hours work and intrastate/interstate travel may be required.

Remuneration

ASO7 - $103,387 - $111,759 pa
