The Opportunity

 

The role is to be accountable for developing, managing, and delivering projects within the branch and across the Corporate Services Division. TSS has an exciting pipeline of projects aimed to improve the customer experience which you could be part of!

 

The role will involve leading the development of business cases, project submissions, communications and reporting, project scheduling, and resourcing, so projects are safely delivered on time, on budget, and specified scope and quality outcomes.

About you

 

• Proven experience of working as a Project Manager delivering end to end projects in a digital environment

• Good understanding of Agile methodology

• Demonstrated experience in process management, familiar with continuous improvement methodologies, business process mapping, etc.

• Highly evolved written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and colleagues at various levels of seniority

• Ability to work effectively with Business and IT stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds

• Ability to organise and prioritise project activities, deliverables, artifacts priorities, and communications consistent with project management best practices.

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Transport Grade 9 ($138,670 - $155,309) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.

 

This is a fixed term full time opportunity until 30 June 2023, based in Burwood however we are working flexibly as per Transport Hybrid model.
