About The Role
Home based role with regular travel across Southern England
Reporting to the Head of Property Development and Project, you will continually improve the delivery of the built environment by understanding both corporate and client needs and producing sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing projects on time and within budget & scope.
Your role will involve:
Coordination of people and processes to ensure our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline.
Specific responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering of every project on time within budget and scope.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
About You
Ideally educated to Degree level, or with equivalent experience in the property sector, you will have solid organisational skills, a problem solving aptitude and excellent communication skills.
You will have a background in business skills, project management, budgeting and analysis in the property sector.
