Your new company

Your new company specialise in the construction of high end commercial and residential projects valued between $100m - $300m. Due to the natural growth of the company and the strong project pipeline, they are on the look out for a high level Project Manager to join the team now.

Your new role

You will be a site based Project Manager, working closely with other management staff to ensure the project is in line with the programme that you are responsible for maintaining. You will also be responsible for all other standard Project Management duties on the project.

What you'll need to succeed

• NZ Main Contractor Project Manager experience
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager
• Strong programming and IT skills
• Trade background preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and planning skills
