About the team
The Project Property Services Team is a trusted partner and enabler for Transport projects throughout the project lifecycle. The Team is responsible for providing end-to-end project management expertise to develop, deliver and manage smart, integrated and sustainable infrastructure and places in the areas of property acquisition, asset management and divestment.
The Team is a ‘go to’ project property knowledge bank for TfNSW projects.
The team works closely with development and delivery project teams under the matrix structure to manage property related matters on infrastructure and urban renewal projects throughout the project lifecycle.
The opportunity
Right now, we have multiple opportunities for experienced Project Managers/Property Specialists to join us in the Regional and Rail Project Property Services team based in the Sydney area.
You will work in a matrix structure to manage property related matters for Transport projects located across the state. You will join a collaborative, supportive and high performing team, which is the ‘home base’ providing support, advice, mentoring, knowledge sharing and pastoral care for the Project Property team members.

Project Management experience
Property knowledge and experience
A client focused attitude
Experience on Infrastructure Projects
Stakeholder management experience with an ability to manage competing demands
A can do attitude, the ability to work independently and a problem solving mindset
Advanced communication skills
Salary and Benefits
