They are now looking for a PM with consultancy experience on projects that are fitout/interiors focussed including base build elements for commercial builds such as hotels, commercial offices and major refurbishments.

The role will see you reporting to the Project Director, your key focus will be:

• Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA/risk, financial reporting, budget management/cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works and various project reports
• Manage stakeholders and conduct and/or chair meetings

As a project manager, you'll have 7+- years of NZ based experience with involvement on the fitouts aspects of commercial projects. A tertiary qualification in Architecture or construction management is required. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.

Salary $120K and $150K + Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities and with mutiple other projects in the pipeline.
