Paxus is partnering with an industry leading within the financial services sector who is currently undertaking multiple technology transformation initiatives. To ensure the continued success within their Project Delivery Office, an opportunity for a Project Coordinator has become available.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project and Program Managers in the production of Project Documentation such as Estimates, Delivery Briefs, Project Charters, Schedule Overviews and Governance Checkpoint packs
• Tracking and updating deliverables and milestones in the project schedule
• Enter and maintain risks and issues in the Project and Portfolio risks and issues registers
• Update the PPM tool with schedule, budget, risks and issues on a periodic basis - ensure up to date for monthly reporting
• Coordinate new starter onboarding and IT system access for project team members

Experience

• Previous experience in IT projects within a financial services organisation
• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar - within an formal project delivery framework
• Microsoft PPM (desirable), or equivalent Project Portfolio Management tool (e.g. Primavera, Artemis)
• High quality communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
