We're looking for a proactive and highly organised coordinator to join our team and work collaboratively, providing a high level of project coordination support across our programme, which is currently in the planning phase.
As Project Coordinator you will support the day to day running of the programme. This may include - delivering timely preparation and maintenance of project plans and schedules; coordination of project and governance meetings; minute taking; monitoring and reporting on progress of activities; risk register management; and general administrative support.

You will be a strong coordinator or administrator that displays initiative, strong organisational skills and pro-active approach. You excel at planning, organising and delivering tasks to set deadlines. And with a confident and clear communication style, you have the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with the team and wider stakeholders and partners. A high attention to detail is also a must!!
