My client is a busy plumbing merchant and they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager where you will be supporting the trade arm of their business. This role is a full time role, Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to work for a medium sized business with ambitious plans for growth. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering the phone and effectively dealing with telephone enquiries
• Creating quotations from tenders and following up once submitted
• Liaison between warehouse and customers to answer general enquiries around deliveries
• Ordering stock for projects and ensuring that it arrives in a timely manner
• Procure stock from local and international suppliers, and communication of any delays to customers
• Follow up on technical enquiries
• Ensuring an effective sales process is maintained and looking for opportunities to up sell products

Our ideal candidate has experience working in a similar role within the plumbing or construction industry. You may have worked in roles such as Sales Support, Account Management, Internal Sales or Project Admin/Coordinator. You will have intermediate to advanced skills on Excel, be adept at juggling multiple priorities, and be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
