About the Role:

This position will report to the Director of Operations, Seller Interactive, and will be responsible for managing our Amazon Seller Central listings. Main responsibilities include:

• Uploading listings to our Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly checks on our Amazon Seller Central accounts for any policy violations or account health warnings
• Communicating with clients via phone and e-mail (e.g. answering questions about shipping, content revisions, etc.)
• Doing regular audits to our product listings to ensure proper operations
• Coordinating with our content creators
• Consistently communicating with in-house Operations Managers with regards to daily updates on images, client accounts, team productivity/outputs, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned

Who You Are:

• You have 1 year of experience with account management, client service, or Amazon Seller Central
• You are eager to learn from our best team members to eventually transition into a Senior Project Coordinator or Operations Manager
• You have advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
• You're a team player with a positive attitude
